Upon retiring from the army, Tony transitioned into a management role at Rupp Arena, where he applied his leadership skills and continued to contribute to his community. His tenure at Rupp Arena was marked by his ability to bring people together, fostering a welcoming and efficient environment.

A graveside service will be held in his honor on Thursday November 13, 2025, at 9:00am at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. This service will be a moment for family and friends to come together to celebrate Tony's life and the impact he had on those around him. Visitation will be 5:00pm – 7:00pm Wednesday at Kerr Brothers-Main Street.
