Tony Wacenske Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 27, 2025.
Tony Wacenske passed away August 12, 2025. Born August 29, 1981, to Scott & Debbie Wacenske (Reese).

Tony enjoyed a childhood full of sports, camping, boating, friends and family. He graduated from West Valley High School in 1999. He was a good athlete, loved pitching in baseball, played on club soccer teams as well as the high school soccer team. He enjoyed many accolades along the way and competed at the state level a few times. He had great friends on all those teams! His smile, great sense of humor & flirting ability took him to many great gatherings during those years.

Tony worked mostly in the trades as well as installing antenna systems in cell towers. The job he liked the best though, was when he became a realtor.

Through those years Tony was blessed with 3 children, Baylie, Preston and Emelia. He shared his love of sports & competition with them. Coached some of their teams, made things fun. He was proud beyond belief of every one of their accomplishments.

We will remember Tony as a man that battled to be better. We'll remember his smile that lit up a room & his tender heart that had a bit of mobster in it and most of all.....his love for his kids.

Tony is survived by his Grandmother, Lucille Reese; Father, Scott Wacenske, (Mindy); Half Brother, Trace; Mother, Debbie (Reese) Louden, (Brad); Brother, Scott Wacenske, (Kayla); nieces Kennady & Payton; Sister, Jerrae Wacenske.

Numerous Cousins, Aunts & Uncles who all played an integral role in his life.

His children's mother Megan Scott and family.

He was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Jerome Reese, Grandfather, Gary Wacenske & Grandmother Marian (Jimmy ) Dierks.

His legacies are his 2 daughters Baylie and Emelia Wacenske and his son Preston Wacenske.

There will be a celebration of life at a future date.

Yesterday

Tony was more than just a coworker, he was a friend. He had a way of bringing humor and light into even the hardest days, and he made the people around him feel valued and seen. I´m so grateful for the laughs we shared and the impact he had on my life. He will be missed deeply."
