Tonya Lee Vail, 62, of Collinsville, OK passed away Saturday, January 24, 2026, in Collinsville She was born March 26, 1963, in Hamilton, OH to Ellis Burke Buchanon and Margaret Catherine (Pratt) Buchanon. She had lived in Collinsville for the last 8 years having moved from Oologah, OK. She was a CMA for over 40 years having received several awards for her excellent service. She last worked for the Baptist Village in Owasso. She married Gary Don Vail on April 7, 2016, in Siloam Springs, AR.
Visitation will be noon to 8:00 pm, Thursday, January 29, 2026, at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Friday, January 30, 2026, at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Tim Prock officiating. Interment will follow at the Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, OK.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Don Vail of the home, 2 children: Jennifer Abney and Joshua Smith, 3 sisters: Viola Rule, Elizabeth Shade and Missy Sackenheim, and 2 grandsons. She is also survived by several nephews.
