Tracy Lee Bryant was born November 19, 1966, in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Jimmie Lee and Josephine Hartman.

A graduate of Centennial High School in California, Tracy devoted her career to caring for others, earning the admiration of many as one of the best geriatric caregivers. Her work at Holy Hill Nursing Home and Lake Charles Care Center touched countless lives with warmth and dignity. Her faith led her to attend New Life Church of Westlake, Louisiana. Tracy found joy in the outdoors, especially in fishing and spending time with her dog.

Mrs. Bryant departed this life peacefully on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in a local hospital.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Anthony Bryant; mother, Josephine Hartman of Los Angeles, Ca.; sisters, Monica Hartman (Rob) Armstead, Tameka Hartman, and Tiffany Hartman; brothers, Jimmy (Christina) Mitchell, Timmy (Sheree) Mitchell, and Darrell Wayne Hartman all of California; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmie Lee Hartman; maternal grandparents, Felix and Charity Mitchell; and paternal grandparents, Herbert and Bertha Hartman.

Her memorial service will be 2PM Sunday, October 19, 2025, at James Funeral Home.
