Tracy Lane (Constable) Harr, 69, of Fairmont, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born to Linda and Paul Constable on August 29, 1956, and from the very beginning, Tracy brought light, laughter, and love into the world.
Tracy was the beloved wife of Rockson Wyatt Harr (Rocky), and they shared a beautiful lifetime together. She was the proud and devoted mother of Lucas Levi Harr (and his wife Lisa) of Lovettsville, Virginia and Casey Lane Campbell (and her husband Jeff) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Her greatest joy came from being "Grandmama" to her precious grandchildren - Addison Harr, Levi Harr, Bailey Weatherly, and Chloey Weatherly - who filled her heart with pride and happiness every single day.
Tracy had a gift for making people feel loved. She was known for her caring heart, her quick wit, generosity and deep care for her family and friends. Whether she was sharing stories or making jokes, cheering on her grandkids, or offering words of comfort, Tracy's kindness and laughter left a mark on everyone who knew her.
While attending East Fairmont High School, Tracy was selected to be the Queen Bee majorette for the Busy Bee Band and was the only person to hold that position for two consecutive years. Just days before passing, she left her bed and danced to the EFHS fight song to the delight of her sisters and family!
Tracy loved canning vegetables from her garden, riding the horses on their farm, tending to their pets, and feeding their community of hummingbirds. She looked forward to her grandchildren spending summers with her and Rocky, watching her brother-in-law coach Alabama's football team, and decorating for the holidays. She enjoyed cooking and making pies but would take a break for her favorite Yann's hotdogs!
Tracy loved deeply, lived fully, and gave endlessly. Her family and friends will forever remember her as a source of strength, warmth, and unconditional love. Her spirit will continue to shine through the hearts of those she touched. Tracy will surely be missed and forever remembered for the love she gave so freely and the joy she brought to those around her.
