Tracy Phillips Obituary
Born August 10, 1965, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Patricia (Bowman) Phillips. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandparents, Melvin Edward and Aletha (Riggleman) Bowman; siblings, Steve Phillips, Sondra Porter and husband Gary, Linda Sonnenleiter; and her niece, Kallee Lichtl.
Tracy attended Allegany High School. She enjoyed coloring and watching the Walking Dead. Tracy was a country music fan. Tracy loved playing games on Facebook with her friends and going bowling. She loved spending time with her family.
Tracy is survived by her daughter, Jenny Hood and husband Robbin; siblings, Michael Phillips and wife Mary; sister-in-law, Peggy Phillips; brother-in-law, Jon Sonnenleiter; personal friends, Bethany Rafferty and Sara Snoberger; her daughter's parents-in-law, Diane and Rob Hood; nieces and nephews, Jonnie and Natasha Sonnenleiter, Zoey and Kaleb Sonnenleiter, Jason Sonnenleiter Sr, Jason Sonnenleiter Jr, Christine Phillips, Jessica Porter, Zaccheus Jesse, Amanda Lichtl, Steven Phillips Jr, Marc Phillips, Tammy Johnson, Kristina Hood, Debbie Phillips, Darius Jackson, Jaylen Jackson, Skylar Twigg, Annette Wilson; as well as a very big extended family.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Bruce McBride officiating.
Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
