The funeral service for Mr. Travis Antwan King of Americus, GA will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at the Shipp Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Daniel Clinton officiating.
Mr. Travis Antwan King was born on January 21, 1982 in Americus Georgia to the late Nettie King and the late Johnny Clark. He attended school in Americus, Georgia and later attended Turner Job Corps Center where he studied landscaping. He was employed at Factory Direct Marine. Travis died on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at the Phoebe–Sumter Medical Center in Americus, GA.
He is survived by his children: Travis A. King Jr. and Nettie King both of Vienna GA, Kelesia Dowdell and Arianna Dowdell both of Americus, GA; his grandmother, Idella-Smith Clark; four brothers: Robert Avriett of Lakeland GA, Christopher Stone of Warner Robins, GA, Javan Clark of Syracuse, NY and Jamarcus Hill of Montezuma, GA; four nieces: Siniya Josey, Arriana Avriett, La'miracle Avriett and Ra'netta Avriett all of Americus, GA; one nephew-Cayden Stone of Warner Robins, GA; three aunts: Joann Clark Waymon of Montezuma, GA, Mary (Jeff) Atkins of Jonesboro, GA and Myrtice Johnson of Brooklyn, NY; two uncles, Willie (Robin) Johnson of Americus, GA and Mack Clark, Montezuma GA; A devoted friend Melissa English of Americus GA and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.
