Connie Inell Nutt, 75, passed away Sunday, September 14, at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia.
Born on October 11, 1949, in Cordele, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Claire Youngblood.
She is survived by her three sons, James Nutt (Kim), William Nutt (Carolyn), and Lee Nutt; her brother, Gary Youngblood (Connie); her grandchildren, Clay Nutt, Macy Nutt Singleton (Beau), and Cleve Singleton; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Nutt, and her brother, Ransom Youngblood.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, in the chapel of Hancock Funeral Home, 427 S. Lee Street, at 10:00 AM, with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM, with Hugh Harbort officiating. The burial will take place at Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele, Georgia, following the service.
