Mr. Christopher Frank Wellons, 79, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025, at Magnolia Manor in Americus, Georgia.
Born on March 8, 1946, in Americus, Georgia, he was the son of the late William and Eleanor Wellons.
He is survived by his son, David Wellons, and his granddaughter, Caroline Wellons; his brothers, Billy Wellons (Carol) of Byron, Wesley Wellons (Vanessa) of Americus, and Michael Wellons (Rita) of Perry; and his sister, Loretta Allen Brown of Atlanta.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Leslie Legg Wellons.
No public service will be held. Thoughts, prayers, and cherished memories are appreciated.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children (PO Box 947765, Atlanta, GA 30394).
