Travis Wayne Peevyhouse, 54, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at his residence. Born August 9, 1971, he is the son of Sherry Long and the late Bobby Glen Peevyhouse. He was a forklift operator at Maclellan in Newbern. Travis was a 1989 graduate of Dyersburg High School.
Graveside funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Fairview Cemetery officiated by Reverend Ronnie Turner.
He is survived by his mother, Sherry Spain Long, his sister, Jill Peevyhouse, both of Dyersburg; his niece, Alleah Robyn Peevyhouse; his nephew, Travis Shane Peevyhouse; his aunt, Wanda Worley (James) of Knoxville; and his lifelong friends, Wayne Wieberg, Lisa Runions and Kim Pollock.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Glen Peevyhouse and his step-father, Johnny Long;
