Travis Rendell Prevost, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at the age of 46. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Travis was employed as a mechanic for an Auto Body Shop. Beloved father of Travis Rendell Prevost, Jr, Travion Vincent Prevost, Chyna Danielle Prevost, Robert (Whugg) Pierce, III, and Irvin (Poodie) Thomas. Son of Wanda Smith and the late Lionel Simmons. Stepson of the late Emanuel Smith. Grandson of the late Georgia Lee Swatt, James Walker, John and Hilda Simmons. Brother of Damone Walker, Shawanda Carter, Davida Conerly, and Delicia Sylvas. Brother-in-law of Alex Conerly, and Wayne Carter, also survived by 3 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Little Zion Baptist Church #3, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Little Zion Baptist Church #3 441 Wilson Rd, Marrero, LA on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Norman Smith officiating.
