It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved son, grandson, nephew, and cousin; Trevor aka "T-Rev" or "T-Bone" Reid Shepherd, who left this world far too soon at the age of 20. He passed away unexpectedly on December 22, 2025, in Austin, Texas. He was born on October 24, 2005, and was raised in Austin, Texas. He attended Kocurek and Cowan Elementary Schools, Bailey Middle School, Bowie High School, Harlingen Marine Military Academy, and graduated from Johnson High School in May 2024.

He is preceded in death by his loving and devoted father, Steven Michael Shepherd, his great grandmothers, Mary Frances Wagnon and B. Ruth Hoffman and grandmother Judy Nowotny Wagnon, and his doting Great Uncles Phil Wagnon and Mark Nowotny.

He is survived by his mother, Melissa Shepherd, his sister Darian Shepherd, grandmother and grandfather Beverley and Les Shepherd, many aunts, uncles, and beloved cousins he grew up with.

In his precious time on earth, Trevor participated in T-ball, baseball, soccer, football, Math Pentathlon, Karate, Cub & Boy Scouts. He also played the clarinet at Bailey Middle School. He had a love for outdoor adventures, fishing, canoeing, hiking, camping, riding dirtbikes, traveling, working on and racing his cars, working out at the YMCA, skiing, and snowboarding. He also enjoyed wearing unique hats from the time he was a toddler.

Trevor will be remembered for his kind eyes, mischievous smile, thoughtfulness and willingness to help others, his witty remarks, and his big heart.

Our memories of you are eternal, protecting us always. We are thankful for having loved you; we anticipate the joy of seeing you again one day. The impression you left behind settles deep within the hearts of those who loved you. Let the memories survive the storms of grief.

Visitation will be on Friday, January 9th from 4:00 to 8:00pm at Harrell Funeral Home on Frontier Trail. Funeral Services will be at Manchaca United Methodist Church at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 10, 2025 with graveside services immediately following at Haynie Flat Cemetery in Spicewood, Texas.
