Tricia Lee Roth

Tricia Lee Roth, age 55, of Upper St. Clair, the loving daughter of Bill and Pat Roth, died on Wednesday, August 28, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. She is survived by her parents, brothers David of Woodstock, GA and Douglas (Leah) of Cortez, CO. She was the loving aunt to nieces Sydney (Pete) Colombo, Anna Roth and Brienna Roth, and nephew Peyton Roth. She was also blessed to know her grand nephews Peter and Caleb Colombo.
Tricia was born in Florida and spent much of her youth in Athens, GA, where she participated in many activities, especially gymnastics. In 1981 she moved with her family to Upper St Clair, where she has lived the last 43 years.
She graduated from Penn State and worked 33 years in the field of disability insurance.
She was independent and enjoyed her own home, welcoming all. Her passion was her extended family with whom she had a close and loving relationship. They will remember her as the best giver of personal attention, advice and special gifts.
She loved to travel starting with Germany for a month at age 11 with a friend whose grandmother took them all over. She saw much of our beautiful country, often to see family spread coast to coast... also to Australia and New Zealand to see her brother and scuba dive. Recent Church led Pilgrimages to the Holy Land and Greece added depth to her lifelong faith journey. She will be greatly missed but always in the memories of those who knew her.
A visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Beinhauer Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Rd. McMurray, PA (724-941-3211). A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St John Capistran Church, 1610 McMillan Rd. Upper St Clair, PA.
