Mr. Troy Kevin Bryant, 60, of Lexington, NC passed away peacefully Thursday, October 31st, 2024, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home of Winston Salem.
Troy was born on November 14th, 1963, to Thomas Wayne Bryant and Mary Margaret “Mikki” Bryant. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, father, and “Papa T” to his two granddaughters. He was a true and loyal friend to many. Troy was a motivated, hard-working man. He built his own construction business which he ran for many years. In his younger years, Troy enjoyed playing football and later coached several of his daughters’ community sports teams. The pride he took in his work and his incredible work ethic were attributes he strived to instill in his daughters.
Along with his parents, Troy is survived by his three daughters, Caitlin Meadows (Chase), Bronwen Sholar (Matthew) and Kyra Bryant; his two brothers, Tony Bryant (Angie) and Todd Bryant (Shawnie); two nephews, Turner Bryant and Aaron Bowman; and two granddaughters, Ainsley and Harper Meadows.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
The family would like to extend a special thank you: “To Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, thank you for the love and care you provided to our Dad in his final days.”
