Troy was a fellow police officer and an even better friend for many years. His antics were memorable and totally predictable if you knew "the look." He could whistle a melancholy train sound and was always ready to set up a prank for the unsuspecting. We have shared many a ride on our Harley Hogs with our wives, headed to restaurants in surrounding cities or in his trusty Lincoln Towncar during monsoon seasons! He was tall in stature, personality and faith in God. I´m proud to have called Troy my friend.
