With profound sadness and shattered hearts, the family of Tyler James Jouglard announces his passing. Tyler moved to heaven on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the age of 33. He was born in Metairie, Louisiana, on July 9, 1992. Tyler was also a long time resident of Destrehan, LA. He graduated from Destrehan High School in 2011. Tyler studied Process Technology at River Parishes Community College.
At the time of his passing, Tyler was engaged to the love of his life, Leslie Adase, who brought joy, comfort, and companionship to his days. He is also survived by: his mother Lori LePere Jouglard and her partner David Smith, his father Charles Jouglard and his spouse Mendy Jouglard; his sister Lainey Brunell and her husband Devin; his step-brothers Nathan Sylvester and his spouse Kelsie, and Joseph Sylvester and his spouse Casey; his nephew Jaxson Brunell and his niece Zoe Brunell. He is preceded in death by his nephews George and Victor Brunell, step-niece Avery Sylvester, and his step-nephew Noah Sylvester, whose memories remain close to our hearts.
A private service will be held at a later date.
