Tyler Ray, age 18, of Rydal, tragically passed away Sunday, August 25, 2024. He was born in Calhoun, GA, April 11, 2006.
Tyler was a graduate of Adairsville High School Class of 2024. He enjoyed living life to the fullest and hanging out with his friends and family. Tyler was always happy and brought such joy to everyone he was around. He liked skateboarding and playing video games. Tyler's memory will be cherished in the hearts of all who loved him.
Tyler was preceded in death by his grandparents, JD and Phyllis Ray and Judy West, and nephew Jeremiah Ray.
Survivors include his mother, Angela West; father, Jeffrey "Boddy" Ray (Kelly); siblings, Brittni Branham (Ryan), David Ray (Amber), Nick Cochran, Erin Cochran, Kelsey Youngblood, Carly Seitz (Quwwah) Riley Hubbard (Blaine), Jamison Ray, JD Ray, Tatum Ray; grandparents, Clifford West and Don and Linda Cochran; godfather, Donny "LD" Cochran and an abundance of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of Tyler's life will be held Sunday, September 1, 2024, at 3:00PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville with Mr. Randell Childers officiating. Interment will follow in Towe Chapel Cemetery, Adairsville. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey "Boddy" Ray, David Ray, Erin Cochran, Nick Cochran, Gabe Pruitt, Blaine Reeder, Ryan Branham and Skylar Hatcher.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00PM until 3:00PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
