Ashton Drake Vines, age 21, of Adairsville, passed away December 14, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of joy, resilience, and love.

Ashton was born June 10, 2004, in Cartersville, GA to Tonya Kelly Vines and William Dewayne Vines. He was preceded in death by his brother, William Kelly.

He is survived by his devoted and loving mother, Tonya Vines; beloved sister, Megan Leigh Vines; grandmothers, Linda Kelly and Patsy Vines; special cousin, Jennifer Van Hart; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Throughout his life, Ashton faced many challenges, yet he met each day with a happy heart and a constant smile that brightened the lives of everyone around him. Ashton was a graduate of Adairsville High School and took great pleasure in the things that made him happiest. He loved Paw Patrol, spending time playing Xbox, and exploring Wikipedia, where he enjoyed learning interesting facts and sharing what he discovered. One of his favorite places to relax and spend time was Hamilton Crossing Park, a spot that brought him peace and happiness.

Above all, Ashton was a loving and wonderful person who brought immeasurable joy to so many. His kindness, cheerful spirit, and genuine love will forever be remembered by all who knew him. He will be deeply and forever missed.

Honoring Ashton's wishes he will be cremated with a celebration of his life held at a later date.
