Tomorrow's your death date. I remember hearing the announcements on Monday morning of sophomore year. I already knew someone passed because I could feel it. They said your name on the intercom as the deceased but I didn't think it was you. I thought it was someone else with the same name. I was walking in the school trying to figure out who it was.I was asking around do you know who she is? And they described you and in detail but it didn't click that it was you. I noticed I didn't pass you at our usual spot that we do, I just thought you were out that day. I got to guitar and my guitar teacher asked if I knew you. I said no because I didn't think it was you. Then a girl in my class said you don't know who she is? A guy said she was in our gym class last year. I just shrugged my shoulders I barely knew the names of the people in my guitar class. The girl showed me the picture of you. I kid you not everything froze. My heart dropped my blood turned cold and it all fell into place in an instant.flashbacks of memories of you flooded into my mind. When I first moved to Manchester you and Maya made me feel welcomed. I remember seeing you at the eighth grade picnic eating with your mom and little brother, you almost getting into a fight but didn't and I was trying to talk to you and calm you down, gym class in high school how you were always hungry so I always had food for you and Maya too. Your confidence in gym how smart you are in general your beauty I looked up to you. I remember you complaining because people don't think you're smart because you're pretty and I said I know you're smart I've seen you in class. Even the small things I remember so vividly now. Were we close? No. But we were close enough to where it impacts me greatly. I should've been closer to you. I'm looking through these pictures and realizing I shouldn't be. I should not see these pictures.I have the same blue areopostal shirt as you. I can't bring myself to wear it.I miss you.I wish you were here

Knowing someone so close can pass is shocking, and to this day, I'm still stunned and expect to see you walking down the halls of Manchester. Tomorrow will be your seventeenth birthday. You're supposed to be here celebrating with your family and friends throwing a party and driving around laughing. Alive. I can't bare it man. I want to see you tomorrow with balloons attached to your bag, see you get dressed up for your birthday and hang around your friends. Everyday is worse than the last because everyday brings me closer to realization that you're not here. Sometimes I think I see you and for the briefest second I'm relieved. But it's not you. And that's the gut punching reality. It's not you. Happy seventeenth Ty. I miss you terribly.

Ty I don't think you know the toll this took on me. I'm late but I miss you still to this day. I can never forget you and the bond we had. We could be on ft for a whole 24 hours and not get bored I knew you since the beginning of 2011 and you had my eye ever since. You were different from everyone else and I loved that about you. I always told u I loved you and I cared for you I feel like you're apart of me. We were so close you knew me better than I did and now that you're gone I feel as if no one really knows me. Our bond can never be replaced teewhy. to this day I FaceTime you but I know the obvious. I really do love you and I hate you had to go I miss your company but you taught me a lot of things about this thing we call life.Yes I said u taught me something congrats . Lol really tho we always would say we would never fall off no matter what and that you were my best friend for life and you lived up to that promise . You will be with me always teewhy I love you and Imma tighten up my act I promise lol .
