U. “Buddy” Frazier Obituary
U. “Buddy” Ray Frazier, of Dexter, Missouri was born on August 2, 1943, to the late Ulise M. and Rebecca Katherine (Mays) Frazier in New Madrid, Missouri at his parent’s home and passed away on October 7, 2025 in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 82.
Buddy lived in this area his whole life and enjoyed fishing, making lead weights and going to bingo.
On September 30, 1961, Buddy Frazier and Edith Smith were united in marriage in Kennett, Missouri and she preceded him in death on March 2, 2017.
Surviving family include his children, Phyllis Ann Harris, of Greenville, Missouri, and Dennis (Kathy) Frazier, of Wappapello, Missouri, 7 grandchildren, Phillip Frazier, Jennifer McKinney, Ashley Hansard, Denny Frazier, Jessi Ammons, Brett Frazier, and Jeff Rushing, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson, a brother, George Frazier, of Desloge, Missouri, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents and wife, Buddy was preceded in death by his son, Phillip Ray Frazier Sr, his 5 siblings and a grandchild, Benjamin Rushing.
The visitation will be on Friday, October 10, 2025 at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri, beginning at 11 A.M.
The funeral will be on Friday, October 10, 2025 at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri, beginning at 1 P.M.
Interment will follow at the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri.
Watkins and Sons is assisting with arrangements.
