Urban and Janie Chupe were best friends with my in-laws, Gilbert and Noné Hernandez. I've known them for over 40 years so I've interacted with them often. I will always remember him as a funny, easy-going man who was devoted to his family, his friends and his faith and God. He showed compassion and kindness to any one he met. I will miss him greatly.
