Velma Lamb Obituary
She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Lamb; daughter, Shirley Lamb; parents, Jodie Lee and Fred Warner; brothers, W.H. Warner, Earl Warner, Jimmy Warner, Gary Warner; and sisters, Betty Green, Ruth Harrell, and Loretta Story.
She is survived by her sons, Eddie (Debbie) Lamb and Danny Lamb; grandson, Adam (LaShae) Lamb; granddaughter, Clarissa Lamb; great-grandsons, Hudson and Cooper Lamb; sister, Judy (Joe) Harris; brothers, Johnny (Venita) Warner, Guy Warner; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the staffs of ALPS Adult Day Services of Morristown, Heritage Nursing Center, and Tennova Hospice for their loving and professional care that they gave her.
Visitation hours will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Christian- Sells Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, November, 13, 2023 at McCullough Cemetery with Dr. Keith Mowery of Buffalo Trail Baptist Church officiating. Anyone who wishes to attend the graveside service is asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:45 am Monday.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to ALPS Adult Day Services, 600 North Daisy Street, Morristown, TN 37814.
