Ms. Venise Moore

Venise Moore was born on January 29, 1959, in Screven County, Georgia, to Frank and Juanita Williams Moore.

She attended school in the Screven County school system and later graduated from Georgia Southern College with a degree in criminal justice.

Venise worked at Lowe's for many years until she retired due to medical reasons.

She was also a member of Brannen Chapel United Methodist Church.

Venise Moore passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, February 11, 2026, at Heritage Inn Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She is lovingly remembered by her uncle Corrie Williams and his wife Claudette of Bridgeton, NJ; her devoted cousin and caretaker, Evon Key of Statesboro, GA; her bonus sisters Andrew "Jr." Robbins, Janie Gatson, and Pauleen Dingle; as well as many cousins, other relatives, and friends.

A viewing for Ms. Moore will be held from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at the funeral home.

The funeral service for Ms. Venise Moore will be held at 11 A.M., Thursday, February 19, 2026 at the Ben Samuel Hill Memorial Chapel of Hill's Mortuary, Inc., with the Rev. Chester Harris, presiding, and the Rev. Kenneth Griffin, officiating. Burial will be held in the Eastside Cemetery.

Her services are being rendered by Hill's Mortuary, Inc.
