Verna Tibbets Obituary
Verna Jean Tibbets, 86, passed away on December 29, 2023 in Casper. She had been a long-time resident of Casper, after growing up in Sheridan where she met and married Raymond Keith Tibbets. Together they owned of a commercial janitorial business and she worked for local oral surgeons. Verna and Keith shared many years together enjoying family, children, and grandchildren, as well as training and competing with hunting dogs where they made many close friends. She enjoyed traveling, reading, knitting and crocheting and shared many of her creations with family and friends. She will be dearly missed and always remembered.
Verna was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Keith, her daughter, Sharon, and her grandson, Shane, and her parents. She is survived by her sisters, Nina, Rose and Vera; daughters, Julie and Dawn; sons-in-law Wayne, Russ and Mike; seven grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
Join us in celebrating Verna and her life on January 6, 2024 at Bustard & Jacoby Funeral Home at 1:00 PM.
