Verne Schoeneman Jr.

Verne Rollin Schoeneman, Jr. went to be with the Lord at the age of 83. Born and raised in Sheldon, Iowa, he moved to Arizona 60+ years ago and retired from the City of Scottsdale after 20 years of dedicated service. He loved to hunt, fish, camp, cook, and tinker around with fixing just about anything. It gave him such joy to spend time teaching his grandchildren all of his favorite outdoor activities. He is survived by his wife Ellen Schoeneman, daughters Heidi Otis and Holly Schoeneman, as well as five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son Kyle Schoeneman. His care for his family was truly special. He had a way of making you feel loved the moment you walked into the house. He was an amazing blessing. A celebration of life will take place at a later time.
