To family, friends and former coworkers. My heart is truly saddened by the loss of Vic. She was the most incredible and vibrant person I had met in such a very long time. A mold was broken when God made her but I know with all my heart she is the biggest brightest star in the sky and an Eternal Angel. My heart goes out to you all but I know she will be with you always in memories and at heart. I know she will be in mine forever. So very sorry. Much love, Arlene Smith
