Janice Marie Trietsch, 88, of Anderson, passed away on March 19, 2025 at the her residence following an extended illness.
She was born on February 2, 1937 to Benjamin Horace and Lestie Marie (Smith) Trueblood of Anderson, IN. She attended Anderson Community schools. Janice worked as a Baker for Anderson Public Schools for 22 years. She married the love of her life Jerry Elden Trietsch on February 9, 1955 in Anderson and he preceded her in death in June 19, 2021 they had lived in Anderson, IN for many years.
She enjoyed camping, boating, playing bingo and cards. She was known for her crochet work and knitting. Mostly Janice treasured spending time with her family and friends.
Janice is survived by her loving daughters, Penny Eden (Mike), and Sandy Trietsch (Carrie) grandsons, Gabe Jackson (Kelly), Rocky Jackson Jr. (Jessica)., Logan Bradley-Trietsch, and granddaughter,Jessie Bradley-Trietsch. great grandchildren,Shelly Hockema;, Lucas Jackson, Connor Jackson, Jaden Jackson, Bella Jackson and., Kai Jackson.
Besides her husband of 66 years Jerry, she was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Karen Ferrell, several siblings Bernice, Bertha, Maxine, Pearl, Louise, Norma, Gilbert, Charles, Jesse, Harold, and, Ernie.

Funeral services will be held on, March 22, 2025,at 1:00 P.M., at the Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, Anderson, IN, with, officiating Pastor Ned Clark officiating.
Burial will follow at the Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 11:00 A.M. until time of the service.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Online condolences can be made to the family in care of www.loosecares.com.
