She was 70 years old. Vicki was born on June 1, 1954 to Earl Gray and Norma
Pelts. She grew up and attended school in Oklahoma City.
Vicki's early career in state government began at the Oklahoma Capitol. Over the
years, she counted staff, legislators, governors and more among her friends, and
delighted in reminiscing with many of them beyond retirement.
Vicki loved documenting life's special moments in a photograph. Thousands of
snapshots over the years captured her passions for travel with her beloved
husband, gatherings with friends and family, special events, and especially the
pride and the joy of watching her son grow.
She adored her friends and family, and expressed her love for them with grace
and generosity.
Vicki leaves behind her husband Benny, their son Nick, a brother Tom and a
sister Misty. Her feisty spirit and kind soul will be greatly missed.
