Vicki Lynne Zahller, 67, passed away November 3, 2022, at her home in West Liberty, Ohio.
She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on September 3, 1955, to the late George “Bud” King and Ruth King, graduated from West Liberty-Salem High School in 1973, and on April 8, 1989 she married Carl Zahller who survives.
Also surviving are sons, Caleb (Cassie) Zahller of Delaware, Ohio and Joshua Zahller of Bellefontaine, grandson, Jackson Zahller, brother Mike (Shelley) King, brother-in-law Al Hyland, sisters-in-law Karen Zahller and Elaine Verdill, aunts Joanna Watt and Toi King, and numerous nephews and nieces. Preceding her in death was her sister Kathy Hyland.
With the imperishable beauty of a gentle spirit, Vicki adored Jesus and cherished her family. With a warm smile, she enjoyed meeting and caring for people, wrapping them in love and hugs, finding ways to help and encourage, and freely laughing with family and friends. She found pleasure in singing and playing piano in church, cooking and baking, and watching Ohio State football.
Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 101 Zanesfield Road in West Liberty. Pastor Daniel McCarty will officiate a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 7, 2022, at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 1505 S. Main Street, in Bellefontaine. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.
