Vicky Lee Rhodes was born on November 24th, 1953 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She died unexpectedly on April 1, 2025. She attended Creston School District for elementary/middle/high school. After graduating, she attended Washington State University, earning a pharmacy degree. She earned her masters degree at the University of North Carolina.
"Auntie Vicky" was a favorite of all of the nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, as she took many to Disneyland, gave presents from herself and the "Cat Cousins", and encouraged reading by buying books and taking them to Powell's when in Vancouver. Vicky also loved her cats. She was very generous and gave significantly to many charities. Vicky loved to learn and was an avid reader. She travelled extensively and visited all of the continents except Antarctica. She is survived by her mother, Frances Rhodes, as well as sister Peggy Hansen (Pat), and brothers Richard Rhodes (Melinda), and Steve Rhodes (Lynda).
Services will be on May 10th at 10 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 1101 NE 112th Ave, Vancouver, WA
