Victor Armendariz Obituary
Victor Armendariz, 80, passed peacefully at his home in Montrose Colorado with his family Sunday 1st of June 2025.
Victor was born in Delta, Colorado November 8,1944, to David and Guadalupe and from a young age had a strong work ethic and sense of humor. He loved to make people laugh and was always ready to make a joke or share a story. Victor was a miner for 44 years in Colorado and Montana and celebrated 60 years of marriage with his wife Threasa. Victor had five daughters and traveled extensively to visit them all around the country; he was close with sons-in-laws who all called him Dad. Victor is the grandpa of ten grandchildren who each have went on joy rides with “Gramps” in his classic 1955 chevy truck known as Blue. He taught his family the value of kindness to others, hard work, the importance of family and to never be too serious, remember to laugh.
In lieu of flowers the Armendariz Family requests you make a donation to the Museum of the Mountain West in Victors name.
