Victor Leroy Hobson Simmons

Victor Leroy Hobson Simmons, 57 of Port St. Lucie, FL and formally of Stuart, FL, departed this life and entered into eternal rest on April 21, 2023 (just eight days after his mother, Joyce Hobson-Simmons), at University of Miami Hospital in Miami, FL.
He was affectionately known as "Vic", and was loved by many. Victor, never knew a stranger and was always trying to help his fellow man in any way that he could.
He attended the public schools of Martin County and graduated from Martin County High School in the Class of 1983. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Communications and was employed as a realtor with Keyes Real Estate. He and his family attended Grace Place in Stuart and he was a member of the Martin County NAACP.
He was an avid sports fan who loved football, basketball and baseball. He enjoyed being a coach in these games for young people as well.
He served in the United States Air Force and upon completion of his service received an honorable discharge.
Victor was preceded in death by: his parents, Leroy Jr. and Joyce Hobson-Simmons and is lovingly survived by: his devoted wife, Kimberly D. Hobson-Simmons of Port St. Lucie, FL; 3 loving sons, Justin Simmons (Taryn) of Castle Rock, CO; Nathan Simmons (Shelby) of Danville, KY and Tristan Simmons of Port St. Lucie, FL; 1 brother, Leroy Simmons, III (Shari) of Plainfield, NJ; 4 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
