Victor Lee McCaulley, 85, of Fairmont passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born on January 27, 1940, the son of the late Martin and Bertha (Schitland) McCaulley.
Victor retired from the City of Fairmont and enjoyed fishing, softball, coloring, painting, and craft.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Carol Pownell McCaulley, his children Donald (Micha) McCaulley, Vicki (Roger) Walker, stepchildren John Nestor, Rose Nestor, Christine Jackson, Elaine Satterfield and Grace Nagy, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Victor was preceded in death by his siblings Willard, Mary, Ray, Lillian, Linda, Midge, Ruth, Bobby, Eddie, Patty and 2 in infancy.
The family would like to extend a heart-felt thank you to all the staff at the John Manchin, Sr. Health Care Center and especially Victor's "special girls" who loved him like family.
Family and friends can gather at Carpenter & Ford Funeral Home, 209 Merchant Street, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 11:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm. Steve Guant will be officiating the service and a burial at Grandview Memorial Gardens will follow.
