Le preceden en muerte sus padres, Francisco Romanos Sr. y Elvira Rodriguez; sus hermanos y hermanas, Ruth R. Edwards, Francisco R. Romanos Jr., Antonio R. Romanos y Ricardo R. Romanos; su cuñado, Rene Sosa; y su sobrina, Mollie J. Romanos.
Con profundo dolor le acompañan su amada esposa Leticia Romanos; sus hijos, Jesus Romanos y Victor Romanos Jr.; su hermano y hermana, Hector R. (Paula) Romanos y Sandra Romanos Sosa; su cuñado y cuñada, Mike Edwards y Dora Romanos; además familiares y amigos queridos.
Una cremación privada se llevará acabo en una fecha posterior.
