Victor "Big Vic" Love Sellers, 49, of
Panama City, Florida, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 20, 2025. He was known for his warmth, generosity, and strong integrity, leaving a lasting impact on his family, friends, and the wider community. His presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
Born in Panama City on June 7, 1976, to Jeff and Kathryn Sellers, Vic's journey was marked by a commitment to passion and purpose. He attended Port St. Joe High School, where he excelled in football, track and field, and weightlifting. Later, after studying at Gulf Coast State College, he turned his lifelong love of fitness into a career. As a prominent bodybuilder, Vic became an inspiration and mentor to many over 25 years. He operated several gyms across Florida and Alabama and was a respected IFBB/NPC judge and promoter for shows, including the NPC Riptide Classic and NPC Muscle For Heart bodybuilding shows. For 18 years, Vic poured his heart into his role as Service Manager at Treasure Island/Pirates Cove/Marine Max, where his colleagues became like a second family.
Beyond his professional life, Vic had a deep love for his family, the outdoors, and football, passionately cheering for the Florida State Seminoles and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He cherished cooking out, boating, listening to music, and spending time with his beloved dogs. Vic was known for being a leader who never met a stranger, making a positive impression on everyone he encountered.
Vic is preceded in death by his grandparents, Grace "Gay" and Bruce Weeks, and Fannie and Thomas Sellers.
He is survived by his loving wife, KimLee Sellers; his parents, Kathryn and Jeff Sellers; his son, Koen Moon Sellers; his step-daughters, Alexis, Brianna, and Kami; his brother, Eric Sellers, and sister-in-law, Gina Sellers; and his nephews, Cole and Parker.
Services will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at the Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel. Family will receive friends 9:30 A.M.- 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Later that day a celebration will be held 2:00 P.M.- 4:00 P.M. at MarineMax off of Thomas Drive with music, food, and drinks.
Throughout his life, Vic's strength, kindness, and faith touched countless people. The love and positivity he shared will continue to inspire those whose lives he touched. His legacy as a devoted family man, dedicated fitness professional, and true friend will forever be remembered.
