She was born in Sharon, PA on April 9, 1949, to Michael C. Cipriano and Deloris (Palmer) Cipriano.
Victoria is survived by: Brother, Richard Cipriano and his wife Christine, of West Middlesex, PA; Sister, Sandy Cipriano of Washingon, PA;. Also surviving, many nieces and nephews.
Victoria was preceded in death by: Her parents and a brother, Michael D. Cipriano.
Per Victoria's wishes, there will be no services. Her final resting place will be at Oakwood Cemetery.

I have lost contact with Vicki, but remember when we would visit our grandmother (Vicki's namesake} on Saturday evenings. Vicki and I
(Sharon a cousin) would take walks down Roemer Blvd. in Farrel, PA. something we both enjoyed very much.
