Victoria Onorevole

Victoria Onorevole of Nutley, NJ, died on October 29, 2025 at the age of 87. She was born in Newark, NJ to John and Stella Baker before moving to Belleville, NJ for 25 years, and settling in Nutley for the past 34 years.
She worked at Burry Bisquit in Elizabeth, NJ, also as a school aide for elementary school number 8 in Belleville, and a waitress for Thomm's and Biase's Restaurants in Newark for many years, before retiring from Hoffmann LaRoche in Nutley.
Her passion was cooking wonderful meals for her family and friends, and feeding her backyard animals; the birds, squirrels and chipmunks. She also loved planting flowers and decorating the front of her home for the Holidays.
She was preceded in death by her father John Baker, mother Stella Baker, son Samuel Cozzi, brother John Baker, and sisters Theresa Collins and Barbara Baker and nephew Salvatore Baker.
She is survived by her son Alfred Cozzi, daughter Joyce Hayes, grandson Max Malnati, nieces and nephew, Debbie, Donna, Kiana, Kara, Shelby, Tina, Mary and Michael and her great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at S.W. Brown and Son Funeral Home, located at 267 Centre St. Nutley, NJ, on Saturday November 1, 2025 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 10:00am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Roman Catholic Church located at 120 Prospect St. Nutley, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Feed the Children.
