Victoria A. "Vickie" Paiser

Victoria A. "Vickie" Paiser, age 74, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024, in Shawano. Victoria was born on August 8, 1950, in Appleton to the late Robert and Sondra (Meyer) Ross. While in high school, Vickie met William "Bill" Paiser and on February 15, 1969, Bill and Vickie were united in marriage in Gresham. Vickie worked as Activity Director at Evergreen Nursing Home, then as regional director and owner/operator of Paiser Oak Haven. In her free time Vickie enjoyed going on trips, especially to the U.P. Copper Harbor, as well as spending time with her close friends she's known since high school.
Vickie is survived by her husband, Bill; children, Scott (Carol) Paiser and Pamela (Mike) Gehl; grandchildren, Amber (Mike) Schmidt, Jessica Gehl, Alyxis (Dylan) Arndt and Courtney Gehl; one great grandson, Jason Schmidt; and half siblings, Patrick Metoxon and Chris Metoxon. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She is preceded in death by: grandchildren, Joshua Paiser and Ashley Paiser; brother, Robin Ross; half-sister Rebecca Kabke; and parents, Robert and Sondra.
A memorial service honoring Vickie will be held at 6:00pm on Monday, December 30, 2024, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00pm until the time of the service. Inurnment will be in Gresham Public Cemetery in the spring.
