Vincent B. Martinez Jr.

Vincent Martinez Jr. 85, departed this life September 21st, 2023. He was born November 14th, 1937 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Susie and Vicente Martinez. He went to school in Elgin. He graduated from U.S. Grant High School. He worked at Wilson & Co. before becoming a hairdresser. He proudly worked as a hairdresser for over 60 years. He was a true artist and simply the best. He loved watching the Oklahoma Sooners. He loved going to the movies. But most importantly, he loved his family and friends.
He's preceded in death by the love of his life, Linda, his parents Vicente & Susie Martinez, his brother Victor Martinez, and his grandson Seth Allen. He is survived by his children, Venetia Renée Coovert, Jeffrey Martinez and wife Misty, Deana Martin and husband Brian, his sisters Ruth Enos and Magdaline Keller and her husband Randy, his grandchildren: Alexis, Christian, and Creed, great grandchildren: Laeken, Deiken, Raegan, Kinley, and Kaeden, 8 nieces and nephews, 16 great nieces & nephews, and 11 great great nieces and nephews, and many, many more family and friends.
Vincent made great memories with all of us. Cherish them. Take comfort in knowing he is now in the arms of his loved ones who have passed before him. We look forward to seeing him again. Don't worry, He'll be ready to fix our hair when we get there.
