Big Vince was larger than life! He radiated warmth, joy and energy. His love for his family, friends and community was always present. I feel so grateful that we knew him and that he was part of our family. All our love to Fran, Melissa and Michael, Vince and family. We are thinking of you in Vancouver, Heather and Peter xo

Sorry to hear of Vincents passing. We became good friends as officers of the Pa. State Constable Association. He will surely be missed not only as
a Association Officer but our personal friendship.
God Bless Vincent.
