Viola M. Mealy (nee Ellis), age 95, died May 24, 2025 at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, WI.
Viola was born in April 14, 1930 in Warren, Ohio. The daughter of the late Joseph J. Ellis and the late Blanch Ellis (nee Nastal). She was a lifelong resident of Warren, Ohio. Viola graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in June of 1948 and married Robert L. Mealy on October 22, 1949. Viola was a homemaker and a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She enjoyed golfing, gardening, traveling and spending her winter in Arizona.
Viola is survived by her 2 daughters, Kathy (Dr. James) Davis of Brookfield, WI and Lisa (Larry) Pernicka of Scottsdale, AZ, and her son Robert J. Mealy of Glendale, AZ and 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Viola was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Mealy, her two daughters Linda Morgan and Debra Huffman and her sister, Rose Montecalvo.
A Mass will be held on July 19, 2025 at the Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, 3020 Reeves Road NE, Warren, Ohio with the Visitation from 10 AM until the time of Mass at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Pineview Memorial Cemetery.
