Vivian Blanche Cate

Vivian Blanche Cate, 81 of Springdale passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025 in Springdale. She was born June 19, 1944 in Eden, Texas to William Sidney Anderson and Lenora Doris Evans Anderson. Family was very important to her. She loved sewing. She enjoyed celebrating everyone's birthday with a phone call. She loved Jesus. She worked for Walmart in Springdale as a department manager for 15 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Doris Hoffman, two brothers, Greg Anderson and Jackie Anderson, and one grandson, Christopher Cate. Survivors include one son, Devin Cate and wife Jana of Springdale and one daughter, Dawn Cate-Bonner of Springdale, six brothers, Bill Anderson and wife Sharon of Decatur, Jim Anderson and wife Wanda of Lowell, David Anderson and wife Margie of Eureka Springs, Paul Anderson of Berryville, Darrell Anderson and wife Daphne of Berryville and Scott Anderson and wife Jeannie of Holiday Island; three grandchildren, Sarah Skelton and husband Bryce, Brennan Bonner and Mack Cate; five great-grandchildren, Aiden, Adalynn, Braylen, Hudson and Bo; and one great-great grandchild, Hasten and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 11am at Sisco Funeral Chapel with Pastor Kirk Anderson officiating. Visitation will be on Monday from 5-7pm at the funeral home.
