Michael Earl "Mike" Yeakley

Mike Yeakley, 69, of Elm Springs, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025, at his home.
Mike is survived by his wife, Linda; his children, Libby Wetzel and John Yeakley; his grandchildren, Hannah and Mason; his sister, Barbara Barens; his brothers, Steve Yeakley and Pat Yeakley; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Ronald Yeakley and Mark Yeakley; his beloved mother, Rose Mae Yeakley; and her husband, Willie.
To honor Michael's life, the family will hold a memorial service this spring on the Buffalo River. Friends and family will be invited to share stories, food, and laughter-just the way Mike would've wanted it.

Mike, I have loved you for 46 years and will miss you deeply-until we meet again.
Libby:
I'll always hold close the times spent with Daddy, especially the moments when we saw the world together through a mellow lens.
John:
I'll always remember Dad for his creativity and ingenuity. He always had his own way of doing things that were uniquely him.
Hannah:
I see my grandpa in warm sunny days, walnut trees, and arrowheads. I carry with me his love of Stephen King novels, his fascination with nature, and all the magic he added to my childhood. I will miss him dearly.
Mason:
He was the best grandpa anyone could ask for-tough as nails, able to fix anything, and never one to miss a Razorbacks game with me.
