On the afternoon of August 16, 2025 Vivian E. Smith of Fort Walton Beach, Florida peacefully transitioned to her eternal resting place. Vivian E. Smith (Bibo) was gifted to the parents of Rezella Carson and George Henry Smith on May 9, 1950, both of whom proceeded her in death. Vivian was the 2nd born of five children. She began attending her formal public school education in Okaloosa County and later transferred to the District of Columbia where she completed high school and college. Vivian was a paralegal professional during the majority of her career life. She had a passion for her family, traveling, fashion, singing & dancing, and cooking. Vivian redirected her life to spiritually serving Jesus Chirst upon returning to the Fort Walton Beach community. She became a faithful serving member of the Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church until her death.

Proceeded her in death: Langston Roberts, Levi Roberts, Laila Patterson, Lakeza Finely and Kylani Owens.

Vivian leaves to cherish her unconditional, unwavering, equal opportunity love and precious memories Three Sons: Billy Smith (Paula). Marcus Finely, and David Roberts (Latera). One Special Daughter, Brenda Smith; Aunt, Florence Jenkins and Uncle, Ernst Cooley, one Sister, Jewel Leach, and Fourteen grandchildren: Shanika Pollar (Wayne), Satoria McNeill, Riona Smith (Niasha), DeJuan Ward, Sierra Smith, E'Najaza Smith, Colisa (Bad Baby) Powell, Vontaye Jones, David Thorne, Vashawn Jones.

Fifteen Great-Granchildren: Tiysan Pollar, Javian Pollar, Xamian Pollar, Demon Ward-Cherry, Ky'mar Smith, Jarazi Smith, Patrick Covington, Jeremi Grant, JerKel Grant, Aharon Grant, Ketih Vaughan, Nevaeh Jones, Nalani Jones, Kaiden Jones, Na'Lani Owens Jones and Kaiden Jones, Vivan also leaves her best friend Aletha "Faye" Snow and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Vivian lived a fruitful life and she was able to make the hardest of days seem so simple.

To escort Vivian to her Eternal Peace, She has reunited with Sister, Josie Ann Hartley, Sherill "Baba" Simmons Lamar-Robinson; Brother: Roger Fields (Life Partner) and Best Friend, Jean Ford.

The family wished to express "Special Appreciation" to Manson Simmons and the Manson Boys for all their love and support.
