Waldimer "Wally" Moucha, 92, of Chippewa Falls, passed away on August 22, 2025, in Roseville, MN.
He was born June 12, 1933, and grew up in the Cadott and Jim Falls area. Wally proudly served in the United States Army and the National Guard for 36 years while working at National Presto Industries. After retirement, he worked at a local nursery near Lake Wissota. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, canoeing, traveling to national parks, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and caring for animals.
He was a member of English Lutheran Church of Bateman and the Masonic Temple.
Wally is survived by his children, Larry (Karen) Moucha and Gini Moucha; daughter-in-law, Debbie Moucha; and grandchildren, Nicholas (Kristine), Skyler (Britta), and Anya Moucha. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine (Polanski) Moucha; parents, Frank and Ella Moucha; brother, Gordan (Lois) Moucha; son, Alan Moucha; and best friend, Betty Patzwald.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Pederson-Volker Funeral Home, Chippewa Falls. Visitation will be 12–1 p.m., with burial at Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a tree be planted in his honor.
