Walker Matthew Baugus

With unending love, we announce the passing of precious baby boy, Walker, who left this world far too soon on July 25, 2025 at the tender age of three months.

Though his time with us was brief, Walker filled every moment with sweetness and light. Known as a happy baby, he had the softest smile, the brightest eyes, and a spirit that brought warmth to everyone who met him. He especially loved being cuddled while listening to his mommy sing "A Bushel and a Peck", a song that will forever echo in our hearts.

He will be forever loved and missed by his parents, Christian Baugus and Shianne Curry, grandparents, extended family, and all who were lucky enough to love him during his short, beautiful life. Like Pooh Bear himself, he reminded us that "sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart."

Walker is survived by his older brother Wrenn; his grandparents David and Angela Baugus; his aunts Kaidance Wade, Anessa Wills, and Alexis Gamby; and his uncles, Seth Baugus, Tyler Lewis, and Cameron Baugus.

He is proceeded by his loving uncle Derek A. Baugus.

A private service will be held for immediate family. In honor of Walker, the family invites those wishing to pay tribute to do so by holding their loved ones a little closer, singing a favorite lullaby, or sharing a quiet moment in the sun.
