Buddy was an avid saltwater fisherman. He was known to fish the waters of the Jersey Shore and enjoyed boating in general. Buddy was a family man. He loved his wife and children but being "Poppy" to his five grandchildren brought him the greatest joy.
He was predeceased by his father, Walter D. Chandler.
Survivors include: his beloved wife, Wanda (nee Martino) Chandler; his children, Gregg Chandler, Jeff Chandler and his wife, Jennifer, Danielle Pocchio and her husband, Joseph and Dana Bazo and her husband Michael; his loving grandchildren, Carmela, Gabriella, Angelo, Giulianna and Liliana; his mother, Irene (nee Mignone) Chandler; three siblings, Dawn Rankin, Beth Skorupski and David Chandler; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. The funeral service will begin at 4:00 pm. Cremation will be private. Please visit www.bizubquinlan.com to leave condolences to the family on the Tribute Wall section of the obituary.
