He was born in Fairfax, VA to Jose & Wilma Nolasco.
Walter enjoyed playing basketball, fishing, family time and Christmas shows.
Walter is survived by his mother, Wilma Nolasco, sisters Maritza Tovar Coronado, Elizabeth Tovar, 8 Nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his older Brother Geraldo Tovar.
Walter will be laid to rest at Palm View Cemetery.
Walter was the youngest sibling and will be missed dearly by his family.
