Walter is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Yen Spear, and his daughter, Julie Schneider, her husband, Chris; his grandchildren Grady, Andi, and Sam, along with his brother Jon, his wife Tina and their three children. As well as many other family members who loved him.
Walter approached his work with unwavering dedication and took genuine pride in what he accomplished. His strong work ethic was a constant presence throughout his life.
As his family reflects on his journey, they rest in the unwavering truth of God's sovereignty, mercy, and compassion. They trust that Walter is now held in the fullness of God's love, a love not earned by perfection, but freely given by grace.
It is the family's hope that Walter's story points others toward the hope found in Christ: that no path is beyond God's reach, no heart beyond His kindness, and no life beyond His redemption. May those who read this be reminded that God meets each person exactly where they are, offering forgiveness, peace, and the promise of eternal rest.
In keeping with his request, Walter will be cremated.

Walter was a good friend I have known him for years. I worked with him for a while he was a good man . He will be missed by a lot of people. God Bless , rest in paradise.
