Walter Earl Tomasik, 86, passed away on October 27, 2025 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was a 30 year retiree from Western Electric in Indianapolis and Pennsylvania.
Survived by wife, Linda Tomasik and five children; Terry Girt, Susannah (Kavin) Heath, Judy Worley, Daniel Coyle and Charla Coyle. Along with 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren, 1 great-great-great grandchild, 2 sisters, Marjorie Wolfe and Theresa Teed and brother Cort Tomasik.
Walter is proceeded in death by parents John Sr and Alice Tomasik, brother John Jr., twin sons Timothy and Tommy and great granddaughter Kaylee Melvin.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Walter's honor may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
A funeral service honoring Walter's life will be held at 12pm, October 30, 2025 at Flanner Buchanan - Carmel (325 E. Carmel Dr. Carmel, IN 46032). With visitation held prior from 10am - 12pm. A burial will follow funeral services at 2pm October 30, 2025 at Washington Park East Cemetery. The family invites all together in food and fellowship directly following the burial.
